We offer express shipping with tracking for all orders.

For customers in the United States and Australia, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via reliable, door-to-door tracked service.

For the United Kingdom and European Union, delivery takes approximately 2-5 business days, though timing may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.

Symmetrista is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. During campaigns or peak periods, delivery may take longer.

We currently ship to: EU member countries, the US, Canada, Norway, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Switzerland.

Please note that customs duties may apply for deliveries outside the EU, and the buyer is responsible for covering any applicable costs.

The delivery cost is paid by the buyer and is clearly shown at checkout next to the selected shipping method.

For orders within Estonia, packages will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.
